Your asking price will have just as much of an impact as the physical condition of your home. I will provide the necessary comps and data about the market so that you will have the right tools to arrive at the right list price. Where most buyer traffic occurs in the first two to three weeks of listing your home it is best to have the right price when you have the largest audience.

Negotiate Offers:
